our herd of barn cats are impossible to catch all at one time, so.. using a dropper to dose one at a time doesn't work. I have found that adding to water dish is the perfect way to get them all treated. you can also add to food but in our case there are a couple of greedy cats that might eat all the food before some of the smaller ones get any. however they all drink water according to their size (weight) so I feel it's the best way to treat multiple animals easily.
