When quality matters...
Nothing can beat the charm of these old Electrolux machines. They are awesome cleaners, very powerful yet quiet. Like most vacuums of this era, they don't have the greatest filtration but using a quality cloth HEPA bag helps quite a bit. Electrolux, the best vacuum made.
I had one of these for over 40 years, til one day I picked up some wet cat litter, the bag tore and the motor was never the same. I took it apart, cleaned it, but it was no good. So I have all the attachments for it, I was happy to find another one in good condition.
