    Looks ridiculous. Nothing like the photo.

    The hat is floppy and doesn't stand up. The shirt is massive. The badges are not hard gold plastic, they are flimsy silver. I had to buy a pack of safety pins and stuff the hat full of newspaper to make this thing look half-way decent.
