It did not work
knew it was opened but was exactly same model as I had that works intermittently after the hurricane. I wired it exactly the same and no power. Had someone else look at it and conclusion the same: does not work at all. It was inexpensive and shipping almost the same as cost so was not going to spend any money sending it back.
