200 mcg K2 is Better DOSE ( with Vit. C - at least 5000 IU )
Dr. Gray states 300 mcg per day is SAFE. Most North America doses per tablet are ONLY 100 mdg. I take 200 mcg K2 with 5000 IU C daily. This is below SAFE levels and MORE effective.
