Even if you play tenor or alto, and suffer from neck or back issues, this harness is a tremendous help. For baritone or bass sax, it is a MUST.
Compared to the original design, this harness puts FAR TOO MUCH pressure on the neck and shoulder area. Not much better than a neck strap. And "the improved" lock on the clip is difficult to fit into the ring on your horn, especially bari. Go back to the original design of this harness if you can.
