This is great as part of a protocol for strengthening the immune system. I cannot say what the bug was (not bacterial, not fungal), but I was exposed to a "certain bug" and I did not want to catch it. I took a few other tinctures, vitamins and supplements. All three other family members caught this "bug" and tested positive. I never got it. Be aware this tastes awful. Buy the 000 size empty gel capsules, and drop this into the capsule and then take it right away (the moisture will dissolve the capsule otherwise). Then you can take this and not taste it.
