If it's recommended by my Mother it's a 5 star product. She's a retired RN and has researched many different supplements. This is one of the number one supplements she says we all need.. After just one week of using 5 drops twice a day. I feel more alive and have more energy. Does not contain any caffeine. All natural. I put the drops in about a quarter cup of juice.
