NOT a genuine OEM Lexus Fob, itās just an OEM plastic case slapped around some aftermarket cheap fob electronics. Had issues getting it programmed, and once I finally did it would randomly not connect with the cars security immobilizer, meaning the car would not start and left my wife stranded somewhere until I could come with the original key. The fob also has a terrible range, it litterally only works from maybe 5 or 6 feet away and even that is intermittent.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works as well as the OEM.
Finding a Locksmith to cut the key was no problem. The big unknown is if the transmitter works like the OEM. The answer is āyesā. For a GX470, there is no need to have a Dealer program the transmitter. The instruction of turning to the āonā position and opening door is weird but works. After going through programming, the key turns over the engine and from a decent distance unlock/lock, doors. Also opens all windows after long unlock press.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
