Pillow is filled with "chunks" of memory foam
I was somewhat skep[tical when I first got the pillow. It comes in a small box and is greatly "compressed." It seems to be filled with "chunks" of memory foam. You have to shake the pillow somewhat vigorously to get the contents to expand. Then, it appeared as though the contents might leave some space in the middle or near the ends a little thin on padding/fluff. However, once inside a pillowcase it seems to stay in place. A pillow that has solid memory foam would be ideal for me personally, but this is sufficient for the price and is better than the standard size pillow that I've been struggling to get comfortable with for quite some time. I would recommend this item.

Was not what i expected.
I own a regular bamboo pillow and love it. The body pillow is not as comfortable as my regular one. It has a spot in the middle that does not have a lot of filling and it has a weird smell that has not gone away even after 2 weeks.

Excellent pillow for pregnancy!
I was having extreme difficulty with falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking up in pain due to this pregnancy. I use this pillow every night now, and it works great. I saw immediate relief upon first use. I do wish it were just a tad firmer, but I think that the softness of this pillow is probably best for pregnancy. It is so soft and so good, I'm ordering one for my fiancee and son soon!

It's pretty legit.
It's comfy and doesn't warm up too easily so it's good for summers. My only complaint is that it's filling (or whatever) can be displaced from time to time but it's not anywhere near as bad as most pillows in that regard so it's a solid 4/5 from me.

It need to remove the cover and shake it very good and loosen the chunks of shredded pressed foam to start expand and the foam will not fill all the space completely it fill about 85% .it is very comfortable .

Great body pillow!
Every body pillow I have ever bought has not lasted long. This one looks like it will be an exception. When you first get it, open it completely removing all plastic and it will be "full" in about 24 hours. It puffs out to a large body pillow that is much more comfortable than any other one i have owned. It is long enough too, which many body pillows fall short with.Definitely a good deal here on ebay. It's MSRP is $299.
