  • Computer works well.

I bought it with Windows XP installed and functional to support my old Polaroid PrintScan4000 35mm film scanner.that was not supported in Windows 10. After installing my old SCSI card I had saved to communicate with the scanner and a ViewScan program, it seems to be working great so far.

  • Great Buy for the money!

I needed a low-cost machine to be a server in my home for files and other things. This refurbished machine came with 8Gb memory and an SSD HD with Win 7 professional already loaded. The best part is that I also received a CD with Win 7 on it should I ever need to reload from scratch! The machine is huge inside (why I bought it!) It allows me to add 3 HDs of varying sizes for backup and whatever. There are two DVI-I ports on the NVidia card and so I also purchased two DVI-I to VGA adapters ( $2 on eBay) to plug in my monitor. Nice to know I can run two monitors if I need to - but normally I don't use a mouse, keyboard or monitor and just remote to it when I need to. A great buy for the $$. Love the SSD's speed and there is plenty of horsepower in the machine to do what I need.

  • 8GB Ram vs 6GB rAM

At first, I could not get the computer to run. It will turn on but it would idle and would not send a signal to the monitor. After numerous tries, I decided to take one of the 2gb ram card and suddenly it operated normally. I guess that even it says 8GB, which is the max. in the motherboard, sometime it does not supported it? Unless the monitor had something to do with not supporting a 8GB ram. Not Sure, however Im happy with the performance.

  • Workhorse workstation

I had previous experience working with the T7500. It is a big powerful workstation (not desktop) class computer. I am an IT professional that needed a server quality computer without the cost. This computer can run a lot of memory (I am running 96 GB, can go to 192 GB), dual processors and can be configured with RAID. I am able to run many virtual machines on this one computer. The cost of the computer, memory and a quad port NIC was less than $800.00. I would recommend the Dell T series workstations and the T7500 specifically if you are on a tight budget, but need the horsepower and flexibility. And as a bonus, it has a lot of fans, but is extremely quiet.

  • Old workhorse sill viable

Dell precision workstation T3400-very solid well built-installed Intel core2quad 9650 processor and 8 gigs of ddr2 ram. Graphic card is a used nvidia fx-quadro. With this setup this pc will run Windows 7,8 and 10 with no problem. All metal chassis. Runs cool and quiet.

  • This is good quiet computer and it seems is reliable. Graphics is slow, probably needs drivers.
