Good for the price
Got this in original box. One of the cords was falling apart but i had a extra. Screen is good size for kids, connected to Wi-Fi and set up was fine after I got it factory reset. It had been already set up and needed a mommy password to access parental co trips or add things and use settings so I had to Google how to do a factory reset without the settings which took time. Other then that small issue we got it figured out and set up for a xmas gift. Ended up buying a 2nd one for my daughter that is 15 months I would recommend this over the nabi jr Nick jr version which is small and u can't do as much as this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good Childrens Device
I purchased a Nabi for my 6-year-old son to help him positively engage and interact with electronical learning activities. He loves it and looks forward to using it. There are many nice features; however the one most appealing to me is Parent Mode and Nabi Mode that allows me to use discretion and customize apps with the device. Parents can download and select the most appropriate apps to make available to child by adding and removing them into and out of Nabi mode, yet they're still available in Parent mode at the parent's discretion when they think the child is ready for it. Also the child specific apps to assist with subjects of math, science, social studies, reading, etc are very nice. Other nice features include the classic shock resistant bumper, and the lightweight size and style. I recommend parents getting a Nabi for a young child at any learning level. The only drawback for us was the reading component. My son felt discouraged while reading because he wasn't familiar with reading large words on his own and the words were a bit difficult for him to use as sight words. looks, seller,shipping was excellent! couldnt ask for no better! but the nabi2 device is alittle slow on response, from start up and when unlocking the screen, the sound quality of the speakers are low volume compared to 3other nabi2 devices that i purchased new on a black friday retail. sometimes the menu screen shows up blacked out blocks in stead of the icons, so you have to do a restart of the device to correct the problem. and most of the apps,google apps, and some factory installed apps will not operate in a car or unless you have wifi. i wished they had a bigger internal memory cause they storage space fills up quick. but i will be honest for my 4 year old it works great. he plays it alot, actually takes care of it, and i as a parent love the control features of all nabi devices!the size and weight is ballanced, and seems to be durable considering the 4 other nabi devices have been dropped or mishandled at times and all still work with no flaws! and the head phone jacks have a great sound quality. i can actually be entertained wih the decice. fun for all ages ! including adults ! :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
