Noticeable improvement
This ac card replaced the stock 'n' wireless card installed in my 2012 MacBook pro retina. With ac capable routers you see a noticeable improvement in wireless speeds. The best aspect of this is when transferring large files between computers on the local network. Installation was very straightforward.
