Great laptop for the price, functions well and is perfect size. It’s a heavy duty computer, not at all fragile. Doesn’t have a long battery life, but long enough to perform tasks away from an outlet, if your looking for one with a longer battery life get one with a nine cell battery, not a 6 cell, but replacement batteries aren’t that expensive so it really doesn’t matter. Over all, great laptop 10/10 would recommend.

What`would make this product better is for it to work. I had to when received, I had a lot of corrections to make, before Windows 10 Professional 32 bit would boot. The battery isn't recognized by the system. I have seen this situation before with Dell Latitudes, so I intend to resolve this prior to buying a new battery. Probably, the BIOS needs to be updated, but the BIOS won't update without the battery at at least 10% (catch 22). Flashing the BIOS in DOS w/ switches will likely permit flashing. There is only 2gb of RAM. This laptop will support up to 8gb, so after I flash the BIOS, I install 8gb of RAM, and since the supplied hard drive is only 80gb, I'll install a 500gb Solid State Drive, and install Windows 10 Professional 64 bit. The current license for Windows 10 Professional should be OK. In summary, unless you are well experienced in laptop service, don't buy this laptop. This is an older computer but the workhorse of the fleet from my estimation. It is built for the numbers person an office environment computer but it is very good at that. Uses Microsoft Office very well. Great for surfing and watching YouTube videos. Don't expect rocket speed but when you have it operating it will perform all tasks very well and speed will not be an issue.

I needed a good little laptop to keep at my mothers house when I need to work. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a new laptop and I have always had good luck with Dell computers. I took a chance on this computer and I'm glad I did, the processor is fast, WIFI range is terrific, plus its lightweight. If I had a con, its that the battery doesn't last long, but for the price you cannot go wrong and you will not be disappointed.
