Looks almost Brand New, Works Well, Battery not Great!
The phone looks basically brand new, with only very few, very minor scratches. The camera and other features all seem to function perfectly. My only complaint is that the battery sort of sucks. I constantly have to charge it. It also gets a little overheated sometimes. Once, it randomly shut off and wouldn't come back on, as if the battery had died. It immediately came back on again when I plugged it into the charger but it said the battery was still at 40%, so I'm not sure what happened. More Flawed Than Advertised
The phone itself is pretty great, and I knew that since I was getting it used, there would be a few small flaws with it, and they were listed in the item description, which I thought was great because I knew EXACTLY what I was getting and what to expect. EXCEPT that there were more flaws with this particular phone than were initially advertised, and while I don't think it was purposeful deception, I do wish they'd checked the phone more thoroughly so that this hadn't happened to me. The phone won't connect to anything via bluetooth, and I've tried connecting it to different things, but none of them worked. It doesn't give an error message of any sort, it just refuse to connect. When using headphones and when playing through the phone speakers, audio only comes through the right side/earbud. For some sets of otherwise-flawless headphones, it will randomly disconnect. The audio will just stop playing even though the headphones are still securely plugged in and it won't reconnect to them unless I unplug them, play the audio, and then plug them in again--and sometimes I have to do it several times. This is especially frustrating for me because most of the time I'm using the phone as a portable music player, and these issues especially impede those efforts. I didn't realize that there were this many issues with it before the 30-day return period after purchase, which is also disappointing, because now I just have to live with it, but I hope the seller checks these kinds of things in the future so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Battery life was low
I would probably have sent it back, but we needed to have it available for my daughter, the battery seemed to drain an excessive amount. We ordered a change kit and changed it and have had no problems. Lasted A little over a month
