Great book for now and in a grid down situation.
Great book which shows how to use canned and dehydrated food in good family style meals that your family will eat. It will be useful now and if the grid goes down. I love the one oatmeal recipe that tastes very similar to the McDonalds oatmeal but better for you and cheaper!! I definitely recommend this book.
