Dependable Fixed Blade At Great Value
The switch has the same tough, accurate design as previous trocar models, but with the added flexibility of smaller or larger cutting diameters. This makes it a very diverse head for all types of bow setups and a variety of game animals. Flys same as fieldpoints from a well-tuned bow, with long range accuracy. I found the switch to have excellent accuracy even when shooting form is less than perfect(torque on bow handle). I already killed a doe with the switch and the results were as expected. Complete pass through the ribcage with adequate blood trail. The blood trail certainly wasn't "red carpet" or pouring out; but, it was adequate enough that I trailed about 120 yards in less than 25 minutes-and that was almost entirely in grass and CRP fields.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I only gave it 3 stars on the fact I haven't tested how they fly yet. But everything else is straight forward. These are for my daughter who only shooting 55lbs out of a Bear Alaskan with 400, 400 grain.165 dia. arrows at about 263fps. Pain to adjust. Poor design.
Adjusting the different widths is a P.I.T.A. Setting 1" cna be done, setting 1 1/4" can be done but frustrating. Setting 1 1/8th ' is terrible. I finally put something gooey in the blade slot, nail polish, super glue gel will work.. So they smell for a while. I will not buy again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
