These are great! No killing trees for drillsheets. Especially good for a variety of learners because problems can be seen, read aloud, and 'felt' by using the string. This older style is even better than the newer one because you can hand one piece to each kid instead of a set of ten all stuck together & unseparable as in the newer sets. I also like that each set is a different color. The newer sets use a color twice - yellow 'boards' with red ink or blue ink, depending on the type of problems being done. Plus, if you want to stick the 'boards' together, you can do it with cord, a thin screw & nut (not sure, haven't tried), or zip-ties.
