Small, looks great, durable, performs well past it's cost!
So, first off, it's for a cheap price. With that said, it is an awesome amp completely worth every penny. It's one of those purchases you make that goes so far beyond the money you pay for it. Unless the best quality is what you're after, you won't be settling for this. Pros: Solid metal construction, easy to set up, aesthetics that could fit with any situation, good volume. Cons: Nobs feel a little cheap. Side notes: Even with the nobs feeling cheap, they still look great and turn perfectly fine. Great for the price!
I love AKG headphones but the 55 ohm is the lowest resistance available and some are 600 ohm. My tablets and phone cannot handle the hi ohm version at all and even the 55 ohm one's suffer low volume. This amp will solve this issue. It even handles the 600 ohm AKG K141's without a problem. So now I can just plug in and jam! I'm using this small Behringer HA400 amplifier between my laptop computer and my headphones. It was easy to connect this. The input and output locations were obvious. For other small amps, I can't figure out what to plug in where. I did need to buy a cable for between the computer and the amp. This amp is simple, and it works fine. It's for 4 headphones, but it's small. It's handy. I'm happy with it. The audio on occasional youtube videos is too low. That's why I bought this. I was looking for a volume controllable amp for my Samsung tv, and this one worked great. Just had to purchase a few adapters and cables. I now use headphones or earbuds with the amp, and I can easily control the output volume. The sound is very good, and even though my bluetooth earbuds and headsets worked fine, I was tired of having to recharge them so often.
