Functional, but inconvenient.
I have several issues with this phone. I find that this unit is getting spotty reception. Same spot, it might have 3 bars, and it might have none. It's not as smooth as a smart phone, many taps/ touches to get to new messages, or to unlock/ and get to the right home screen. Group texts are still not handled well, and multimedia text chains must have each message opened individually... very inconvenient. Forwarding texts may not be possible, or at least is too difficult to figure out. Bigger screen isn't all that helpful for viewing texted photos as they don't fill the screen until you save them onto the phone in another location. I will try one more big-screen non-smart phone before taking the plunge to get the smartphone. I don't know which it will be yet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
