This "game" is good. I enjoyed working out for the most part. It's good as a start to a personal training program. The exercises tend to be repetitious, which isn't that great. Also, I paid $5 for a downloadable additional workout thinking they would have different exercises. It had the same exercises as the regular programs so don' waste money on that. The main thing that really bothers me is sometimes the "tracking" doesn't work, so the program doesn't count your movements or gives error messages (very annoying). But overall, like I said, I good program for someone starting out.
Love this "game" if you want to get seriously in shape without leaving your home...this is it. Allready loste 10 pounds in 4week workout. Awsome.

I got the Nike Kinect training because I don't have the time to go to a gym and I have 3young children 1 of which is a baby. I do yoga at home and thought why not give it a try. I love it, It challenges me and allows me to give as much as I physically can without a really trainers "time frame". Even My husband uses it. He says it pushes him as well and is great for bad weather days, and he is a rugby player so it has bee really great for both of us. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.
I'm no spring chicken, but I'm in relatively good shape and this program pushes me hard, even on the easy setting. The interface with the instructor is very good and the workout routines are definitely a class act. But it is definitely high impact. If I ever decide to end it all, I'll just put this program on the hardest mode and go for it. I'm sure I'd never survive!!
