The Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 Wired Ergonomic Adjustable keyboard is designed with the comfort, health, and safety of the user in mind. This keyboard includes all of the features of a standard full-size keyboard, plus additional features like an adjustable board that can angle as well as lay flat, and soft keys with low activation force, to save your fingers throughout a long day of typing. The Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 Wired USB Adjustable keyboard for Mac or PC devices is appropriate for home and work environments and will improve comfort while typing, no matter how many hours you spend in front of the computer. The Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 Ergonomic keyboard has a full keypad layout in all black, including hot keys and function keys that are universally compatible. It does not include a numeric keypad, as this would alter the capability of adjustable angling. The keyboard is divided into left- and right-hand sections, and it can be adjusted from 0 to 30 degrees using a ball-and-lever switch on the back of the keyboard. This ensures that you are in a comfortable and neutral typing position with your arms aligned to your shoulders and your wrists straight and relaxed. Its unique design means that you are comfortable typing all day without the need for additional accessories. This adjustable tenting feature on the Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 Ergonomic Keyboard also allows you to save space on a tight desk or create more room temporarily for other tasks or accessories. The keys on the Goldtouch V2 Adjustable Ergonomic Comfort Keyboard are made of a relatively soft material and have a low activation force with full key travel distance. This makes typing easier on your joints, allows you to type faster and with less effort, and prevents the risk of bottoming out. The average activation key force on the Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 is only 36 to 42 grams. The Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 connects to your computer using a USB cable. It is compatible with both Mac and PC software. The Goldtouch V2 GTU-0088 Ergonomic Keyboard requires Mac OS 10.4 or newer and Windows 2000 or newer. Before plugging the Goldtouch keyboard into your computer, first select whether it is a Mac or PC, using a switch on the back of the keyboard. Once your operating system is properly selected, plug the Goldtouch keyboard into your computer’s USB port, and the keyboard will automatically begin installing the appropriate driver software. This keyboard is easy to adjust to my specific setup, both the outward (split) and upward (tenting). This makes it really easy on my wrists.
