I had to use some of the old parts
The nuts are good and good quality
But the washers seemed cheap and I think the two washers were made of a melted down YUGO
the inside square section that slides into the groove on the axle were not even squared edged they had rounded corners that caused them to turn and damage the threads
Warn used to mean quality but NO QUALITY HERE
JUNK !!
The older ones I had had 100000 miles on them and I had to use the old ones because these washers were absolutely Crappy
And for the cost which was almost as much as the whole locking manual hubs the cost was a rip off
For POOR QUALITY PARTS
Items in photo are what I’m speaking of
I ended up throwing these out and using the old ones
A must have when converting to Warn manual hubs. Simple to install, about an hour from start to finish. Makes the dana 35 on my 94 Ranger complete for the trails without worry of failure. The auto hubs WILL fail when pushed hard off road.
