Definitely works and helps alot
Installed on 05 Silverado 2500hd ccsb. I was tired of squatting, wanted a more level ride, and a better ride under load. It does give a better ride, especially coupled with my shocker air ride hitch, but it also makes it easier to pick up and drop trailers when hooking up or unhooking. Worth every penny! Included is 1 before and 3 after pictures. Take a look, makes a difference.

When I first installed the bags they did not seem to be able to maintain air pressure over 38 PSI. I could air them up higher but the slowly decreased to 38. I realized I had not completely tightened the angle fittings on the top of the bags. Rather than remove them completely I jacked up the frame, removed the top brackets, tightened the fittings and reattached the brackets. Now they work perfectly.
