Therapy Book for Everyday People
My sports doctor recommended therapy for my knees from this book. Now I have recommendations for different body parts throughout the body. It is well illustrated and explains the function, the injury, and how to rehab the area in lay-mans terms. I recommend this book as a reasonable price.
