I love it...but
...the microphone turns on the clip, could be a way to stop it doing so by mistake. I'm a tech handing it to an untrained user and it turns in the wrong direction so I have to correct it on them. It's still great and I'd buy another if I needed. It's not designed for the transmitter I have also an Audio Technica) but so far it's far better than the original model.
