Sturdy great fitment kit
Dispatched very quickly from Ramair direct and packaged very well. The kit itself is very strong made from quality materials with an oversized foam filter. All the pieces are present to perform a direct swap out with the existing restrictive air box/filter. Supplied with good instructions, but if you are a novice, would be worth checking out some videos on YouTube as there's quite a few to get an idea of the ease of installation. Has made an improvement in throttle response and the supercharger whine is slightly louder on full open throttle. All in all, a great induction kit which Ramair has thought out thoroughly.

Looks good but it's far from being perfect
The design is not 100%. There is no room for the Power Brake Booster Vacuum hose and during the installation I broke mine. So I had to order a new one and I had to cut the heat shield to make some room for the hose. In addition the installation instruction are hard to read and the pictures are very small (I looked for an on-line version but couldn't find one) On the good side, it looks solid and the kit had everything needed I must say I am a bit disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth Double the price
I fitted the Ramair induction kit to a R53 mini in around 15 minutes its straight forward and even had fitting instructions and for assembling the new air filter and ecu housing so no guess work. the mini now has a more noticeable supercharger whine and on rapid acceleration you can hear the air intake make a sucking sound. i usually buy the K&N typhoon for most of my cars but not anymore the R&D they have put into this kit is worth so much more than the sub 150 price. car feels like it has a slightly better throttle response but then again its an air induction kit not bolt on bhpVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
