These have a right angle audio plug, which worked GREAT for my needs, so keep that in mind. (I wanted that feature because I kept putting my computer down on the audio cable and because of that I had to keep replacing the earbuds because they kept shorting out!) For the price they are A+. They are the type that you MUST have the ear piece in the correct ear, otherwise they will either fall out or be uncomfortable, or not block out surrounding noise. Be advised they are the type that has two thin wires that go down to the plug. I'm satisfied. I will say for BOOKS & the CASUAL MUSIC listener sound quality is fine, if you are a SERIOUS music listener I suggest you spend more money and get a better set.

I have always worn a lightweight on the ear headphone like the Koss Portapros while at work but recently tried a pair of the new 5th generation earpods and was surprised how good they sounded compared to the original earpods. Hey, I thought, maybe I should give IEM's another look, so these Panasonics fit the bill...reviewed 4 out of 5 on amazon, and were inexpensive. I found the sound quality terrible, no clarity, no base response, so they were terrible for music, and not even passable for audiobooks, so they went in the trash. Buy a pair of the latest generation of earpods (~$11) for a good, inexpensive IEM.

amazing for price. critical review: wires/cord(s) are on the thin side. i read a review on these and the guy was talking about how these ran a little large and he needed to use a smaller cushion than usual on the tips. Looking at these i realized that these are not like other in ear headphones. the plastic that is inside the cushion, that goes into your ear canal is slightly larger and a different shape from almost all in ear headphones. These are not round but oval. I believe our ear canals are slightly oval and so these fit in at a certain angle (the driver, or back of the headphone support this angle). Even with the smaller cushions these can start to hurt a bit sooner than regular inner ear phones (i feel discomfort with all inner ear phones after a long enough time). Most casual users may not ever get to the length of time i do. This oval shape of the headphone brings amazing sound. It literally sounds wider with a larger spectrum. I found these to have a better sound than any inner ear headphones i've tried and that's up against much more expensive brands and others in this price range. My suggestion is buy them. maybe two sets. If you listen for extended periods of time consider another type of headphones to switch to intermittently.Read full review
Ok... I get it. This is one really cheap headphone. But how can it be rated 4.7 Stars? I read all the reviews and then I bought it without listening to them, based on those reviews. I have been a fan of Panasonic products for fifty years. I have always felt that they produce great products for reasonable prices, so this headphone followed that tradition... again, based on the ratings. Now that I own them, I would have to say that I am a bit disappointed. I guess I was being unfair with my expectation. First of all, the product has a very very thin and cheap looking cable. It's the kind of cable that could potentially drive you insane with a tangling issue. Also, the sound is slightly less than I would have expected... again, based on the fifty or so reviews that I read. It's not a bad sounding headphone... just not a great sounding one. The sound kind of reminded me of my first "In-and-Out Burger." Everyone told me that I had to try it. After eating it, I felt underwhelmed. The seal on earbud style headphones are very important, so I spend 2 or 3 hours trying the different size tips, and then listening to some of my favorite cuts. I am confident that I maxed out the potential on these puppies. I am giving them 4 stars, primarily because of the value you get for such a low priced item. Just try to keep your expectation realistic.Read full review
About the bed earbuds you’ll ever use!! Lightweight and fit the ear good. Long cord to put small Walkman in my jean pocket run it under my top and to the ears. I use it for mowing, walking, driving and on my iPhone. They are 109 percent better than the stiff Apple ones. Love them guarantee you will too!

I use this for listening to meditations and lectures before sleep and can lay on my pillow with no discomfort. I used noise canceling earbuds before but wife would get irritated if I didn't hear/answer her, so these Panasonic s are perfect. Clean sound & comfortable. I listen to my programs in the dark so I put a dab of white-out correction fluid on the left earbud so I can put the R & L in the proper ear.

I have been using iLuv City Lights earbuds (now discontinued) for years, and compared to them, the Panasonic earbuds produce a somewhat tinny sound. It seems as if the bass end of the spectrum is not coming through as well. One big advantage of the Panasonic earbuds is the L-shaped plug. The straight plug that you find on most other earbuds puts strain on the socket. Worse, the constant flexing of the wire where it comes out of the plug eventually leads to one of the internal wires breaking right there so you lose one channel and have to buy a new pair. I believe that a wire that comes out at a right angle will flex less, and therefore this pair will last longer. We'll see!

I lose earbuds pretty often. These are the best i've found for the price. They have good separation from outside noises of the nature of the ear tips. My one caveat would be that the cords are very thin and breakable.

Sometimes we as humans can be drawn to an item due to its expensiveness. We equate expensive with better quality. Well, in the case of the headphones I am reviewing, this is not the case. I was quite surprised at how rich and melodic the music that these headphones emitted actually was. Now, I am no audiophile, so I can not comment on the highs and lows of treble, bass, and the like, but I do know that these headphones are able to play back music with an amazing quality. They are quite durable also, seeing as how I often sleep in them, and have yet to find them broken or missing sound in one ear. I cannot think of any cons, as of yet, so I do recommend anyone who is thinking of doing so to purchase these. When these do finally fail, I will be doing the same.
Bought 2 pair because other reviews said wires were a bit "flimsy" and price was right. Decent inexpensive earbuds. Sound quality fine for walking / running. 3 different cover sizes for different size ears. Nice!
