Product was as described and undamaged, it arrived in a timely manner as promised. I ordered this activator to help slowly lift with D'Avines L'Art Bleach Paste and it did exactly what I was hoping it would! It allowed me to pull through the different shades of reds and coppers/caramels to stop where I wanted so I could tone accordingly. It's a great product and highly recommend it if you want to slowly move through the color spectrum or would like to (slowly) heavily deposit color.
