Replacement for dead Bose Sub-woofer on Life-Style 28 Series III system
The product is a replacement for a sub-woofer on my Bose Lifestyle 28 Series III and performed exactly as advertised and expected. The original sub-woofer just stopped working (no power). Replace the on-board fuse but to no avail as it just blew again. No Bose support available for this model anymore. Very easy to connect replacement. Took about 2 minutes and my surround system was back up and running. These are quite complex electronic (from the guy in the stereo repair shop) so can't just easily fix them without schematics. Great replacement , It's to bad that Bose no longer supports this product , I paid $2,500 in 2007 New and now Bose will no longer support this product. I have hundreds of stored music CD's.
