I bought all star baseball 2000 because of the great review it had on gamespot. The pitch selection and location along with the swing location and timing is essentially what this game is about, and they simulate it quite well. The hits themselves aren't so indicative of the real game. There are too many deep lazy flies, soft hits back to the pitcher, and way way way too many strikeouts (could be our skill level of play though). There needs to be more grounders to the corners. Other than that, this game is very good, and most importantly, very fun. Gamespot was right to give it a near 10.
Very entertaining games. Have fun playing my kids

They're just crummy old sports games and the cartridges barely work.

Great game! Tested and it works great! Simple to use and takes you back to the days when these games were popular. The graphics are awesome, you could play this game for literally hours with your friends or just by yourself.
this is probably the 1st baseball game that i fell in love with. it has huge amounts of depth and trading. i bet if they made a new one today it could still hold up. its only 5$. deffineltley worth it.
bu i need to play video video,,,, hal to bosink,,,, no im just enjoying my games...ying older games there better for me...good games out here,,,
I bought the All start Baseball game and it is amazing game. Overall, I'd recommend this game if you're on a budget.
An excellent game, fun to play. If you're into baseball, this is the game for you! The graphics are like Playstation 2's. This game is strongly recommended for baseball fans.
By far the best, graphically and play friendly, Nintendo 64 sports game for it's time. Easy game play, better graphics than EA's Triple Play, more realistic than Ken Griffey.
I just can't get enough sporting games for my N64 system. I buy and play what ever comes into my mind, I guess? Thanks for the game. Greg
