Half cut with thinner !
Watery , runny , poor " enamel " paint. I've used Testers for over 50 Years and know what a tiny jar of colored enamel used to be at least. There were times I bought the Testers thinner to help the enamel paint flow better. This bottle was so " thinned out ' I couldn't even use it for My job. Had it been easy I would have returned it.
