great yoga dvd set
I didn't purchase it for the workout aspect, can't review it as such. I acquired this set because of the way travis explains the proper form, and to watch the flowing of one yoga pose into another. Travis is a little too spiritual for me . The set does a great job at grouping poses together, so they flow well. I would never have bought this set from the udaya site, way out of my price range, $50 is more along my lines. I love this set, it has a little bit of everything but it is hard.
