I decided to leave feedback on the second rather than the 1st since I wanted to review the series in its entirety with this 2nd part. Now I actually saw the anime when it came out in Japan in 2010, but ONLY watched the first half (Episodes 1-12) but then this year thought about finishing the anime. I'll tell you why I stopped...it seemed to start off slow and following all the deaths, why they died, and possible explanations on how they died was killing me! (No pun intended) The reason why I decided to finish it was because I saw an gif of a scene I never saw and absolutely needed to find out what the heck happened...so I re-watched the series from beginning to end this year and was floored. I want to be as unbiased as possible but I honestly adore this anime and am actually glad I didnt bother with it for 2 years so I could later to get back into it. Their very own family. Sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, friends...you name it! As a human myself, I just couldnt side with the Humans...they were becoming monsters themselves. All the vampires wanted to do was live just like they did...and sadly in order to do so they had to take lives by drinking blood. *****SPOILER END***** Which characters lived and who didnt will really, really upset you, for me it was C****** and M**** The most shocking thing out of this anime was the ending, you really will be just staring at the screen. And you'll either be screaming or crying. I did a little of both...Read full review
