This is a very good product. I have used one like it for 8 years and thought it had died, but it was just the battery. This one is a newer model and has features I am not familiar with. I don't know what a "small form factor" is. There is no cell coverage where I live and I only use it to stay in touch when not at home. It is small and fits in purse or pocket.
