Good clean part. Could be a little cheaper
The transmission cooler lines (radiator) to transmission arrived promptly and well packaged. OEM FORD. I noticed no defects or saw problems I could detect with the end fittings. On this part the connectors are flare tubing nut connectors. This part is not the slip it in type quick connector. I had been advised that before replacing my "bad" transmission with a remanufactured replacement I should replace the cooling system -the Radiator and the external oil cooler and all hoses. Flushing was not enough! This has turned into an expensive proposition, what with a new oil cooler and various -6AN hose kits. We won't talk about getting the special fittings to plumb in the -6an lines to the radiator and back to the return line. I even purchased a Ford transmission in-line filter that looks like a fuel filter but has a bypass in case it gets clogged. GRRRRRH! I must be crazy to spend all this money on a rapidly aging 2006 Mountaineer. Just getting tired of pushing it out of head-in parking spots!
