Bright bulbs
These lights are used in our VW Touareg as "bend" lights. They come on at night when you turn (in addition to the headlights) to help see around corners. They are very bright and much cheaper than the actual Volkswagen part. The only problem is, they don't last very long. And neither does the Volkswagen bulb. You might only get a years worth of use and they burn out. We haven't found anything better that lasts longer.

Just a bit brighter and that's OK
The Phillips H7 bulbs fit my Hyundai Veloster and do a good job of giving light on dark roads. Seem just a "bit" brighter than the old bulbs,,, and I'm ok with that.
