Burned up in a week.
Had it installed by a professional. He did not recommend this catalytic for my 99 chevy blazer, said it was a cheapy. I told him to just put it on. After a week, the catalytic burned up, blue/purple discolored and prompted a catalytic efficiency code. He told me that the cat is designed to heat up to a specific temp and burn off any raw gas. You can't just put any catalytic you want on a car. It could damage the O2s and even possibly burn up the motor. Guess I was lucky it was just the cat that went.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
