Quality made & sturdy, stem is brass & covered with rubber to prevent corrosion. The cap is thicker plastic. The overall design fits well into the rim & doesn't stick out too far. I have been pleased with the quality most of all. The tire guy had no issues installing them & so far they work as they are supposed to.
