Obviously not recreational reading. The shipment was faster than expected and the used book is in very good condition. This is one of the standards often incorporated into local building codes. 2012 edition but not out of date. Although it has been revised twice since 2012, local jurisdictions frequently do not require adherence to the latest edition.
