This Stuff Helps With High Blood Pressure.
I ordered Swanson Olive Leaf Extract because it read that it lowers blood pressure. I've been taking it about a month (500mg 2X daily) and I have definitely noticed a considerable drop, especially in the systolic number. I started about 150/92 before starting the olive leaf extract, and now i'm running 124/88. I stopped taking my heart medicine (diazatem) due to unwanted side effects and began taking this at the same time. I'm sure glad I did, it was the best decision I've made in a long time! I feel better and I can literally see the results in my daily BP readings. Thank God for the internet and thank God for this olive leaf extract.
