Good but doesn’t function as expected
The lid sits on the pan just fine but does not hold steam in like all of my other Calphalon Commercial pans do. I am disappointed in that but not enough to return it. The pan is in nice condition, as stated.

GREAT LITTLE PAN
This pan is well made in a perfect size for smaller recipes. Bought it to replace one I finally wore out after more than 10 years. They don’t make them like this anymore.
