I recently switched to Micro 4/3rds and was looking for some affordable lenses when I came across this fisheye lens. After watching some reviews I decided to purchase it. And I have to say, this lens has made fisheye fun again. I am a bit of a pixel peeper, and I have to say this lens is very sharp in the middle and acceptable in the corners. The trick is find the sweet spot just before you reach infinity. I do wish it had auto focus capabilities, but at this price point its great. Highly recommend

This is great little lens. The images are sharp, however because it’s a fisheye there’s a great deal of barrel distortion. But that’s to be expected from a lens like this. The focusing ring is a little tight but very smooth. No electrical contacts means the camera will not record lens data. Basically, for the money it’s a great lens.

I needed a wide lens for my GH3 because of the 2x factor on all my Canon FD lenses. The small size kills me. My youngest daughter grabbed it, thinking it was a toy lens. It is so small that I cannot handle the camera with the lens and as of the day I got it, I've used it less and less on every job. Maybe it is me but I don't expect to use this lens anymore and shall probably sell it. One another note: for being a lens made for the 4/3 format I think it still has a crop factor because I don't think it was a true 7.5mm.
I love this 7.5mm lens and look forward to working with it!

Very nice lens for the m4/3 system. Not perfect, but at this price you wouldn't ask for that. For my money, it's a very good "fisheye"; good enough for serious work. BTW, it's a VERY wide lens; it's even hard to hide your fingers from it when holding the camera!
