Great lens for the price
I recently switched to Micro 4/3rds and was looking for some affordable lenses when I came across this fisheye lens. After watching some reviews I decided to purchase it. And I have to say, this lens has made fisheye fun again. I am a bit of a pixel peeper, and I have to say this lens is very sharp in the middle and acceptable in the corners. The trick is find the sweet spot just before you reach infinity. I do wish it had auto focus capabilities, but at this price point its great. Great lens, fantastic price.
This is great little lens. The images are sharp, however because it’s a fisheye there’s a great deal of barrel distortion. But that’s to be expected from a lens like this. The focusing ring is a little tight but very smooth. No electrical contacts means the camera will not record lens data. Basically, for the money it’s a great lens.
