Wasn't impressed with how it fit ,.. removed the hood ornament style for a more modern flat hood emblem, my other one cammed in the hole to lock where as this one kinda snapped in but not snug.. so I used moulding tape and put 2 screws in the back of it .. buy the other style with the fly nut .. eBay kept saying that it was wrong for my Benz .. fkn botVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stick with Geniune OEM!
Perfect fit, easy to attach.. not very durable! Had on car maybe week, strong rain came n only bottom clip was left. Top emblem came clean out slots.. no signs of broken posts or pry marks. Looks good, poor fit
I replaced the Mercedes emblem on the hood with this one. It looks like it should, crisp clear colors. The problem was the fit. This emblem is held on with two spring loaded clips however the clips were not designed properly and would not hold this emblem to the hood. To remedy the problem, I removed the clips and used a clear silicone to attach the emblem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This hood emblem is an easy to install replacement for the original MB Classic Star hood ornament that sticks up. The hood ornament got knocked off at the drive through car wash. Fairly easy to install, clean finish.
This takes a bit more than just pushing it in, but it's still simple to do given simple hand tools. Getting the old emblem base out was the hardest part. The new one fit well, but I needed to manipulate the clips from the bottom of the hood to get it to snap into place. Nice Hood Emblem but...
Does not fit 2006 Mercedes CLK 350. You will need remove the backing off and cut the two plastic pins off and two side tape it to your hood. Quality is good but it definitely does go to my year/make and model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
