I purchased this to replace my SBCGlobal wireless DSL modem/router. We always had such splotchy service with it and it was super annoying. The service would cut in and out all the time. This Actiontec wireless router has worked seamlessly! This router is in our kitchen and we have an office in our garage (in a separate bldg) and the internet connection still works great! I haven't had any problems with this. Hopefully I won't have any!
At&T give you junk and charge you a $100. Bought this and all my internet problems solved. Even though it is not listed on their website as a supported device, it works beautifully with their DSL service.

I was never happy with my AT&T DSL service until I bought the Actiontec GT724WGR Wireless Router. I had the standard AT&T 2Wire DSL Gateway Model 2701, and it made web browsing a painfully slow experience. There were constant DSL signal errors, and several times a day the DSL signal would drop out. After several tech visits and no improvement, I got the Actiontec. I am now getting full speed and no errors!
needed to get our own to save money, this works great, just as good as the one we were being charged for.

Using this REV C with a Rev D as a MOCA for my Blueray Player to get on Netflix by ethernet rather than wireless. Had some trouble getting it to work at first, fault was with internet instructions. It kept causingwireless devices to disconnect. Seems releasing IP address was not mentioned in most instructions I saw, but is required. Do LOTS of research and PRINT out instructions so you don't miss anything. Worked great when I corrected the mistakes.
