It is small compared with other handsets, but it has switches for pulse/tone, ringer on/off, and listening volume. It also has a redial button, and a flash button to switch to another caller. Sound is good. Projection to the other caller is good too - my Mom is 90, hard of hearing, and can hear me if I use this phone to call her. (Yes, she needs a better phone at her end.) I notice some static when the volume switch is moved from one setting to another. Time will tell if that wiring circuit fails.

Connection cord is much too short, can't put where I had the original. Coil on receiver is way too short and can't be replaced with a longer one and the whole base lifts up when you answer the phone. Can't lower the phone ringer, it's just on or off.

The phone is physically small, but operates well. It is an extremely "basic" telephone with no frills. It works as it should and time will tell if it is at all durable.

Needed a cheap garage phone that I didn’t care about if it got broken. Sounds awesome and better than any of the other phones in the house. Would buy again.
