Good: Easy to assemble, long cord, rolls effortlessly, cleans carpet, laminate floors easily. I have a Graet Dane and it grabs all the dog hair. Opportunitiy: Cannister fills quickly so multiple empties are required. Magnetic "button" holding brush attachment is worthless and disappeared the first day.

I have only used it 3 times and have had the following problems, The waste bucket falls off every time you lift the vacuum by the handle(the latch does not line up or is defected). Tried to tighten all related screws, did no good. The on/off switch started messing up. You can mash it down to turn it on and when you take your finger off, it stops. I fooled around with it until it would catch and stay on but I feel sure it will happen again. I left a positive review after receiving item that looked fine. I should have waited. I figured I just got screwed and had no recourse. Hope someone reads this as I'm sure this is just a computer generated message, we'll see

I wanted to replace my 10 year old Bissell regular upright vac with a new, bagless, Hepa filtered sealed system vac. I did not do a lot of research, but did read that this unit outperformed many other brands in it's class in independent testing. Since it was a good value price point, I bought it. Pros - Bagless, Hepa filtered , sealed system, powerful (I could not believe the junk that came out of my carpets the first time I used it), lightweight , maneuverable, long 30 ft cord, easy to assemble, secure tool storage (tools always easily fell off every other vac I have ever had - not this one!) has pet & stair hair powered brush but have not used that yet. I find this vac so easy to use that I can one-hand it to do my stairs a quick once-over without using the separate tools. Guess I should mention that I am a man if that makes a difference since a smaller woman might have difficulty on stairs. Cons - This model does not have the automatic cord retractor but no big deal for me. You can go up one model to get that feature but I did not think it was worth the extra cost. You do have to take apart the dust cup and empty it , and clean the pre-filter , then reassemble every time you use the vac, however this process is not difficult, just takes a few minutes. When coming from a bagged vac this is a new task that you have to get used to doing.Read full review
