Am I the only one who feels cookbooks are better if they also have images of the prepared recipe meals? Because I find it easier to decide to make something if I have a visual of it. Seeing is believing, and it’s encouraging enough to make you want to make it if it looks good.

As a dedicated vegetarian, I have a large array of veggie cookbooks. This book is by far the most thorough I've ever seen. It's a large book full of recipes - most are easy to follow and use readily available ingredients, but beyond that it also includes some basics and tips that are quite helpful. I'm impressed with this book and plan to try many of the delicious recipes!
Wish I had this cookbook a long time ago. Has great receips and many of them not too complex. Really like the book. Could use more pictures.
