Hitachi air hose is a quality product. I just bought a new on to replace a old one that was of a smaller diameter. I still have the old one that is over 8 yrs old and still functions like new. The new hose was coiled tight so it wants to roll up tight but I leave it out straight in my backyard and it loses its memory then I can roll it up easily to the size I prefer. This type of hose doesn't kink as easily as rubber hose and its a little bit lighter in weight. I recommend this hose to all that use compressed air a lot. These type of hoses cost a little more than rubber and pvc but it's worth it.
